I just had transmission fluid change, coolant change, differential fluid change and brake fluid flush done for my 2014 Honda CRV. All fluids and small parts were OEM. The first two services require per Honda a lengthy specific multistep method which was followed. All service work was performed per Honda spec. Impressive! Ray the owner has a lot of experience in this field. His work shows his attention to detail seeing a job through in a conscientious manner. His charges for the work done were very reasonable given his expertise. In the 10 years I have lived in C.O., other auto service providers I have tried both in Redmond and Bend don't come close to Ray's level of expertise. Finally someone I can trust with the care of my car. Needless to say I'd suggest giving Ray a try!

Amazing job. Took my fuel-starving 450 and gave it the attention it needed.  This is a great auto shop. Very professional and affordable.  C & R goes the extra mile to be sure your vehicle is done right.  Big thank you and I really like the progress pictures along the way. Great way to keep you in the loop and know you are getting the best for your money.

Ray is awesome. He is honest and a great master Tech! He goes above and beyond with all the work he does. We purchased a Subaru Legacy from him with a brand new engine he built and in runs amazing. We’ve also taken our Sprinter Van to him and he did the fix better faster cheaper than the place we were going.

Brought my jeep in on an insurance claim, they did a great job fixing my suspension and undercarriage damage. Even got a lifetime warranty. Since then I’ve been in multiple times for various reasons and they’ve always been great/stand by their work!

It's rare to find a shop that is actually mechanically competent and does what they say they're going to do. C & R is that shop. Ray has bailed me out with my vw Jetta with an emergency spark plug backfire issue when he was all booked up. He was able to get my car on the rack and get the car done within a day. Since then, I've brought him a few other projects and every time I get a detailed report with pictures and a well done repair. Very intelligent mechanic.

I took my Tucson to C&R based off of some Facebook reviews. I could not be more pleased with the service. The owner, Ray, took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle and what was needed to mitigate the issues. My air conditioning started to fail and my rear passenger door would not open. Ray made the costs of the repairs very clear, as well as the timeframe for the repairs. I would not hesitate to recommend his shop and services to anyone. I will definitely be returning for future work.
